Havening is a very simple and effective therapy which is ideal for stress, anxiety, trauma, phobias, panic attacks, unwanted emotions and negative beliefs. It enables you to work through difficult and uncomfortable feelings in a very gentle and safe way.
During a session I ask you to apply Havening touch. This calms the brain and the nervous system and helps release trauma receptors from the cells. I then use a variety of Havening techniques to steer you through a journey from stress to peace. Clients feel relaxed, positive and empowered after a session, and often find that they see situations in a whole new way.
I have been working with clients for many years as an EFT practitioner and I have also written a mental health book for teens, Hello Happy! I therefore have a good understanding of psychology and how our beliefs, perceptions and experiences can create trauma, anxiety, negative thinking and disruptive behavioural patterns.
I am based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Sessions are held on Zoom.
